7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROCESSING
As part of their contractual relations, the parties undertake to comply with the regulations in force applicable to the processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter, "the Regulation").
It is up to the Customer to check whether the Regulation applies to them and to take the necessary measures to comply with the legislation in force.
Furthermore, MARYLISE MIRABELLI is in no way responsible for the processing of data carried out during purchases made on Facebook or Instagram shopping. This data is collected by third-party sites and not by MARYLISE MIRABELLI.
8. HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT BY MARYLISE MIRABELLI?
In addition to providing you with the best possible services, we believe that you should benefit from personalized treatment as well as excellent customer services.
MARYLISE MIRABELLI retains the Customer profile, transaction data and any other data for as long as the MARYLISE MIRABELLI account is used.
Data purging methods are put in place to provide for their effective deletion as soon as the retention or archiving period necessary for the accomplishment of the determined or imposed purposes is reached. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, you also have a right to delete your data that you can exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.
Customers can request the deletion of their account at any time via their account or via the contact address.
MARYLISE MIRABELLI may however retain certain information for safety, security and prevention of fraudulent activities.
